I was at a crossroads when I began working with Victoria, as I was struggling with my monthly cycle. I am a registered Nutritional Therapist and focus on women's health with a special interest in working with mums. Having two young children myself, I am in the unique position to understand many of my clients’ experiences at this demanding time in their lives. I aim to support my clients to make small, manageable changes to their nutrition and lifestyle, so that they go from feeling worn-out and run down, to thriving and radiating health from the inside out.
