I combine the science of what to eat with motivational coaching to help you actually put the advice into action in your life. I understand that you are completely unique with your own individual health and fertility journey and, as such, Nutritional Therapy looks at the whole picture of your health and not just your symptoms. In my work I adopt an evidence-based approach and always seek to understand and address the underlying root causes of your health and fertility issues.
Before we meet, I’ll send you a comprehensive health and lifestyle questionnaire, and ask you to complete a 3-day food diary. In the consultation, I’ll listen to your story to understand exactly what the demands on your life are, where you’ve had challenges and what your health and fertility goals are, so that we can define and take the next steps on your path to wellness together. You’ll come away with a truly bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan, that perfectly fits in with the demands of your life – plus the support you need to ensure you actually follow it. If it’s appropriate for you, I may also recommend laboratory testing and/or additional supplementation to complement the changes to your diet and lifestyle.
